Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist)
Responsibilities
- Works with all disciplines on the Behavioral Health Unit to serve the patient population in a correctional environment.
- Provides direct, evidence-based mental-health care and delivers assessment, treatment, and crisis-intervention services.
- Assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects.
- Directs special projects as requested.
- Participates in and conducts in-service programs, assists in the orientation of new staff, and prepares necessary documentation, records, and reports.
- Attends training and meetings as required.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed, Master’s Level Behavioral Health Clinician with one of the following licenses in the state of Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Intern and provisional licensures also accepted.

Qualifications
- Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist.
Skills
- Ability to assess and make treatment decisions.
- Experience in delivering assessment, treatment, and crisis-intervention services.
- Knowledge of evidence-based mental-health care practices.
- Proficiency in working with diverse populations in a correctional setting.
