Role Overview Provides leadership and oversight of outpatient community mental health and substance use programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and service benchmarks are met. Supervises staff, offers clinical guidance, and ensures care model adherence. Communicates professionally with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Models professionalism, promotes trust, and maintains visibility and accessibility to staff.Ensures staffing, scheduling, and onboarding meet program needs.Provides supervision, training, and performance evaluations to staff.Monitors clinical documentation for quality and compliance; may assume LPHA responsibilities.Participates in crisis leadership, quality improvement, and process enhancement initiatives.Maintains program compliance with documentation standards and manages referral relationships.Supports achievement of quality, compliance, and financial goals. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.At least 3 years of behavioral health experience.Valid licensure (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) within two years of hire.Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently, identify psychosocial needs, and build professional relationships.
