Supervisor - Outpatient Behavioral Health

About the role

This role involves overseeing a community outpatient mental health program, ensuring quality, compliance, and service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring adherence to care models.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and staff performance through regular supervision and training.
• Maintaining program compliance, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements.
• Providing direct client care and acting as a clinical leader during crises.
• Ensuring documentation accuracy, meeting quality and productivity targets, and liaising with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in behavioral health.
• Licensure/certification (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) within 2 years, licensed in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and build effective relationships.
