About the role
Oversee outpatient mental-health programs and staff in a community behavioral-health and substance-use setting. Ensure quality, compliance, and service benchmarks are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide staff supervision, clinical guidance, and training
- Manage scheduling and staffing
- Monitor staff performance and ensure documentation compliance
- Deliver direct client care and lead crisis interventions
- Act as liaison with referral sources
- Drive process improvement to meet program goals
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Certification as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW within two years of hire
- Minimum of three years’ experience in behavioral health
