About the role
Seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee an Outpatient community mental health program, ensuring quality, compliance, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Staff supervision, clinical guidance, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Direct client care and crisis leadership
- Maintaining program standards
- Modeling professionalism and fostering team collaboration
- Ensuring documentation accuracy
- Participating in trainings
- Preparing reports
- Liaising with referral sources
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- At least 3 years of behavioral health experience
- Certifications such as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW within 2 years are required
Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and documentation abilities
- Capacity to work independently and manage psychosocial needs
