Supervisor - Outpatient Behavioral Health

About the Role

Oversee the outpatient community mental health program and staff to ensure quality, compliance, and service benchmarks are met. Provide clinical guidance, supervise staff, and ensure effective team performance.

Responsibilities

• Model professionalism and foster a trustful, collaborative environment.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and supervision are proactive and effective.
• Provide ongoing training, conduct performance reviews, and maintain documentation compliance.
• Offer direct client care and lead clinical crisis management.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and productivity targets; participate in program evaluations and process improvements.
• Serve as liaison with referral sources and ensure program standards are met.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in behavioral health.
• Valid licensure such as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW within 2 years in Illinois.
