Supervisor of Shuttle Operations

Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a shuttle operation, ensuring operations adhere to contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities of assigned locations and perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
- Report any known accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
- Substitute for any position within the shuttle operation if necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the shuttle operation, transportation routes, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the garage area.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operation preferred.
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
- A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
- Availability to work special shifts, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends, depending on location needs.

Pay
$18.00 per hour
