Shuttle Driver Supervisor

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Cal Poly Pomona CA
Shift & Schedule: Mornings and Evenings, Monday- Friday

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers to ensure job expectations are met
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Complete required reports

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license (at least 3 years)
• Must have a CDL with a passenger endorsement
• Must have a DOT medical card

Must Haves

• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years
• The ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• The ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
• A great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Good to Haves

• Customer service 1 year+ Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle
• 1 year+ Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle
