Responsibilities
- Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
- Supervises, mentors, and trains shuttle drivers on day-to-day activities.
- Aids in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
- Enforce DOT regulations and LAZ safety standards.
- Monitor driver logs and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
- Aids in periodic training as needed.
- Aids in creation of monthly garage schedule and ensure consistent service levels.
- Manage GPS vehicle tracking systems and route performance software (SAMSARA).
- Ensure signage, communication devices, and other shuttle equipment are operational.
- Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and service schedules for the shuttle fleet.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and service history.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare usage, maintenance, and shift reports for leadership.
- Address customer service issues and resolve operational concerns promptly.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle fleet operations.
- Proficient in scheduling tools, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
Pay
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr. Full-Time | On-Site | Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11:00am-7:00pm
