Shuttle Driver Supervisor

About the role

The Shuttle Driver Supervisor position at Cal Poly Pomona CA is responsible for developing and training shuttle drivers, reviewing and approving work schedules, managing employee work hour reports, and overseeing the customer service program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers to ensure job expectations are met
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Complete required reports

Requirements

• CDL, 3 Years Drivers License

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (at least 3 years)
• Commercial drivers license with a passenger endorsement
• DOT medical card

• Excellent communication skills
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
• Positive and helpful approach to resolving customer issues

Pay

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Mornings and Evenings, Monday- Friday
