Airport Commercial Shuttle Supervisor

Location: Pittsburgh Airport

Hourly Rate: $25.00/HR

Schedule: Full-Time, must be available for all shifts (day + overnight shift)

About the Role

The Shuttle Supervisor helps to oversee the operations of a location(s), under the direction of the Director of Operations to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. Responsible for the effective, efficient, and safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers & employees to and from the assigned destinations, ensuring that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• G.E.T. 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle, including ADA passengers, if applicable.
• Effectively communicate and work in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
• Comply with Federal DOT, State and Local Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• 1+ years with a Class A or B CDL license.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
• Good driving record.

Physical Demands

• Ability to physically push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.).
