CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor

About the role

The CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of shuttle services, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and managing staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of shuttle services including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring routes.
• Ensure adherence to all federal and state transportation regulations.
• Manage and train shuttle drivers to maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
• At least 3 years of experience in transportation management or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in fleet management or public transit operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
