About the role

The CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of shuttle services, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of shuttle services, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Manage and train shuttle drivers to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
• At least 3 years of experience in transportation or related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
