About the role
The CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of shuttle services, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shuttle operations to ensure punctuality and safety
- Manage driver schedules and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to all federal and state transportation regulations
- Communicate directly with customers to address concerns and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Requirements
- Valid CDL with passenger endorsement
- At least 3 years of experience in transportation management or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field
- Experience with fleet management software
- Knowledge of ADA guidelines and best practices
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
