CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor

About the role

The CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of shuttle services, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and managing staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shuttle operations to ensure punctuality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide feedback to improve service.
• Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
• At least 2 years of experience in transportation management or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Experience with fleet management software.
• Knowledge of ADA guidelines and best practices.

Skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
