About the role
The CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of shuttle services, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and managing staff effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shuttle operations to ensure punctuality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide feedback to improve service.
- Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations.
Requirements
- Valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
- At least 2 years of experience in transportation management or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Experience with fleet management software.
- Knowledge of ADA guidelines and best practices.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
