About the role
Responsible for overseeing the operations of a shuttle service, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shuttle operations to ensure punctuality and safety
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to all federal and state transportation regulations
- Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- Plan and execute training sessions for new drivers and staff
Requirements
- Valid CDL with passenger endorsement
- At least 3 years of experience in transportation management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of local and state transportation laws
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
- $18.50 per hour
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
