CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor

Reston Limousine operates one of the largest chauffeured fleets in the country and is one of the Washington metropolitan area’s largest providers of passenger transportation, luxury transportation, and government contract services. The Shuttle Operations Supervisor at our growing Sterling, VA location will motivate and manage drivers from diverse cultures and personalities to ensure we consistently meet all contract requirements while maintaining DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day requirements of contracts to ensure compliance with all contractual and DOT regulations.
• Oversee drivers: ensure punctuality, adherence to routes and dress code, and review driver paperwork and daily passenger logs.
• Troubleshoot and develop strategic solutions to daily operational situations.
• Fill in for drivers when call‑outs or vacant routes occur.
• Motivate and lead a culturally diverse driver team to deliver the highest level of service.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicles, equipment, maintenance, and company policies and procedures.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger endorsement and a valid DOT medical card.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a transportation setting.
• More than 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
