About the role

The CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of shuttle services, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shuttle operations to ensure punctuality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license with passenger endorsement.
• At least 3 years of experience in transportation or related field.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
