Substance Use Treatment Support - Evening Shift, No Degree Required

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) This full-time position involves providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a 42-bed substance use treatment facility. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships, observing and documenting resident behaviors, supporting treatment goals, responding to emergencies, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities such as meals and transportation. Additional duties encompass facilitating educational groups, maintaining confidentiality, and attending meetings and training. Due to contractual requirements, the role requires a male staff member capable of conducting observed urine analyses. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and medical clearances, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in behavioral health or related fields, college coursework, and DHS 83 training.
