About the role
This position involves providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a substance use treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Observe, document, and report resident behaviors
- Assist with daily activities and support treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies
- Administer medications
- Collect urine specimens
- Facilitate educational groups
- Ensure a safe, structured environment that promotes recovery and personal growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and medical clearances
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in behavioral health or related fields (preferred)
- Relevant training (preferred)
