Substance Use Treatment Support - Evening Shift, No Degree Required

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – 2nd Shift This full-time position involves providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a 42-bed treatment facility focused on substance use recovery and restorative justice. Key Responsibilities: Build positive relationships, monitor resident behaviors, support treatment goals, respond to emergencies, administer medications, facilitate daily activities, collect urine samples, and support educational groups. Note: Must be able to conduct observed urine analyses for male residents and work with a male staff member, due to contractual requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, pass background and medical clearances, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to maintain professional boundaries. Preferred: Experience in substance use or behavioral health fields, relevant coursework, DHS 83 training or willingness to complete it. Work Environment: Residential setting requiring physical activity, outdoor supervision, and local travel.
