Substance Use Treatment Support - Evening Shift, No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a substance use treatment facility.
• Build professional relationships and monitor and document behaviors.
• Assist residents in achieving treatment goals.
• Respond to emergencies, administer medications, and facilitate daily activities.
• Transport residents, collect urine specimens, and support educational and life skills groups.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.
• Attend trainings and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background and medical clearances.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Preferred: Experience in behavioral health or related fields, college coursework in Social Work or Psychology, and relevant certifications or training.

Work Environment

Residential treatment setting requiring physical activity, outdoor supervision, and local travel. Must be able to assist with outdoor activities and seasonal property maintenance.

Additional Details

Position requires one male staff member to conduct observed urine analyses due to contractual requirements.
