Store Manager - Full Time

About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service to ensure effective store performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to labor laws.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and inventory data to identify business trends and control expenses.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandise presentation according to company standards.
• Maintain security and cash handling protocols, ensuring financial integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail management and familiarity with legal employment practices preferred; bilingual skills may be advantageous.

Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional use of ladders.
• Must be able to operate equipment and provide transportation for store duties in a fast-paced environment.
