Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staffing, inventory, sales, and customer service, ensuring efficient and compliant store management.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees while ensuring proper staffing and adherence to labor laws.
• Managing store processes such as ordering, receiving, merchandising, and inventory control to meet sales and stock targets.
• Monitoring financial performance through sales analysis, expense control, and shrink reduction.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensuring safety, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handling paperwork, cash control, and operational documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret documents, perform calculations, and use retail systems.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred for certain locations.

Physical & Work Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.
• Occasional outdoor exposure and travel for deposits and meetings.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
