Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service. Ensures store is properly staffed, maintains safety and security standards, and oversees daily opening and closing procedures. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees in compliance with laws and policies.Communicate performance, safety, and conduct expectations; conduct performance reviews and address gaps.Manage store inventory, ordering, and merchandising to meet sales and stock targets.Analyze financial statements for trends, expenses, and shrinkage; ensure cash handling and security compliance.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment; provide excellent customer service.Ensure store tools and equipment are adequate; adhere to company policies and complete documentation accurately. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and operate cash registers.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety procedures.Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities; bilingual skills may be preferred. Work Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.Use of merchandising tools and equipment; occasional climbing and outside weather exposure.Fast-paced environment with moderate noise; regular travel for store visits and deposits.
