Store Manager - Full Time

About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, staffing, employee development, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure store efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead store opening and closing, maintaining safety, security, and operational standards.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels.
• Order merchandise to meet stock targets, oversee merchandise presentation, and manage inventory accuracy.
• Uphold cash handling, security procedures, and store cleanliness to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, foster team collaboration, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.

Physical & Work Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing.
• Ability to operate equipment, drive for store needs, and work in a fast‑paced environment with moderate noise.
• Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
