Store Manager - Full Time

About the role

This position involves managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure effective daily functioning. The role includes recruiting, training, and evaluating employees, maintaining proper staffing levels, and fostering a safe, secure, and customer‑focused environment. It also requires overseeing inventory management, merchandising presentation, and financial integrity through cash handling and security practices, as well as analyzing sales and expense data to identify business trends and improvement opportunities. Compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining a clean store, and providing exceptional customer service are essential duties.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
