Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store employees and ensuring effective execution of store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Key Duties: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure proper staffing levels; oversee opening and closing procedures; analyze financial and sales data; maintain inventory accuracy; enforce safety and security policies; provide excellent customer service; and uphold store presentation standards.Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices; ability to interpret procedures; and bilingual skills may be preferred.
