Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures proper staffing, merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and customer service excellence. Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and security while adhering to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified employees in compliance with labor laws.Conduct performance reviews, address gaps, and recommend pay and advancement.Manage store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing.Analyze sales, profitability, and expenses; identify improvement opportunities.Oversee inventory management, ordering, and merchandise presentation.Maintain accurate inventory levels and secure cash handling procedures.Lead customer service efforts and foster a safe, organized shopping environment.Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and safety instructions.Proficient in math, cash handling, and inventory practices.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of recruiting, employee management, and legal compliance.Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish; management experience in retail is advantageous.
