Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, staffing, and employee development to ensure efficient processes including ordering, stocking, presentation, and sales. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.Conduct performance reviews, address performance and safety expectations, and manage employee pay and advancement.Oversee store opening and closing, manage inventory levels, and review operating statements for business trends and expense control.Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards, maintain accurate inventory, and control damages and markdowns.Uphold financial integrity through cashier accountability, security procedures, and cash control.Deliver excellent customer service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure store tools and equipment are available.Adhere to company policies, complete all documentation accurately, and foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and handle cash procedures.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety policies.Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Preferred high school diploma and management experience in retail.Some locations may prefer bilingual (Spanish) speakers. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.Occasional outside weather exposure and travel for deposits or meetings.Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
