Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified staff
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Analyze sales and expenses
• Manage inventory and stock presentation
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and security
• Enforce company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Foster team collaboration and support staff development
• Monitor financial statements and control shrinkage
• Manage cash handling
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Management experience in retail advantageous
• Effective communication skills
• Inventory management experience
• Problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Ability to interpret operational documents
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations
