Role Overview: This position involves managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Include Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees to maintain proper staffing and performance standards.Overseeing store opening and closing procedures, and ensuring operational efficiency.Analyzing financial and sales data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels.Maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and stock levels according to company standards.Ensuring store security, cash handling accuracy, and compliance with safety policies.Providing a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.Adhering to company policies, completing documentation, and promoting team collaboration. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and using equipment.Effective leadership to develop staff and support store goals.
