Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staff management, inventory control, merchandising, customer service, and safety compliance. They recruit, train, evaluate, and retain employees, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to company policies and labor laws. The manager analyzes operating statements to identify business trends and manages ordering, stocking, and presentation of merchandise to meet sales targets. They maintain accurate inventory, security, and cash handling procedures, fostering a safe and organized environment. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and cash procedures.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and utilize POS systems.Knowledge of recruiting, training, and legal compliance related to employment practices.Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.Use of merchandise handling tools and occasional ladder use.Fast-paced environment with moderate noise and exposure to weather conditions.Driving or transportation required for various store-related activities.
