Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures effective planning and implementation of processes such as ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Maintains store presentation, inventory accuracy, and financial integrity through cash handling and security procedures. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and retain qualified employees in compliance with laws and policies.Train staff, conduct performance reviews, and address performance or conduct issues.Oversee store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and operational readiness.Analyze sales, profitability, and expenses to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.Manage inventory levels, product placement, and presentation according to standards.Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of the store environment.Supervise cash handling, key control, and adherence to security protocols.Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.Complete necessary documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations.Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience with recruiting, training, and managing staff, with legal compliance awareness.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40-55 pounds, and perform stock duties.Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location. Preferred Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Management experience in retail is advantageous.
