Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staffing, and employee performance to ensure effective processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Key Duties Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure proper staffing levels and compliance with labor laws.Conduct performance reviews, address performance issues, and recommend pay raises or promotions.Oversee store opening and closing, ensuring safety, security, and operational standards.Analyze financial and operational data to identify sales trends, control expenses, and reduce shrinkage.Manage inventory levels, ordering, and replenishment to meet stock targets.Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards, including pricing and signage.Maintain accurate inventory, cash handling, and security procedures to safeguard assets.Lead customer service efforts, foster a positive shopping environment, and ensure store cleanliness and safety.Follow company policies and complete documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience in retail management, recruiting, and legal compliance preferred.Physical ability to perform duties involving standing, lifting, bending, and climbing.Preferred education: high school diploma or equivalent; management experience is advantageous.
