Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandise presentation, and customer service to ensure efficient store functioning and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, and retain qualified staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide training.Ensure proper staffing, opening, and closing of the store, including personally opening and closing at least twice weekly.Analyze operating statements to identify business trends, control expenses, and prevent shrinkage.Manage inventory by overseeing ordering, stocking, cycle counts, and merchandise presentation.Maintain store security, cash handling accuracy, and adherence to safety policies.Provide excellent customer service and foster a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements; complete necessary documentation. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret safety and operational documents; perform basic math and cash handling.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail practices.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff, with legal compliance awareness.Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; management experience in retail is advantageous.Ability to solve problems and adapt to varying situations; bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing. Regular use of equipment, driving, and working in a fast-paced, moderate noise environment with exposure to weather conditions.
