Key Duties Recruit, train, and retain qualified employees.Conduct performance reviews and address development needs.Manage store opening/closing and daily operations.Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.Order merchandise to meet stock and sales targets.Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.Maintain a welcoming environment with excellent customer service. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.Use of equipment like scanners, pricing guns, and carts.Occasional climbing and outdoor exposure.Fast-paced setting with moderate noise levels.
