Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure efficient processes, inventory management, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage store staffing, opening, closing, and safety protocols.
• Analyze financial statements to identify business trends, control expenses, and prevent shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandise ordering, presentation, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure cashier accountability, cash handling, and security procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, supporting customer satisfaction and safety.
• Follow company policies, complete documentation, and support staff development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret operational documents, perform mathematical calculations, and manage cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and safety controls.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Problem‑solving capabilities and ability to handle diverse situations.
• Preferred high school diploma and retail management experience.
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous.

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.
• Fast‑paced environment with exposure to outside weather conditions at times.
