Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and compliant store performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead daily store operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Analyze sales and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, merchandising presentation, and stock levels.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, security procedures, and store financial integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Complete documentation and reports as required.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Experience in cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret operational documents.
• Management experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations.

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment with occasional outdoor exposure and driving requirements.
