Store Manager - Full Time

Role Summary The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. They are responsible for recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring employee development and compliance with labor laws. The manager manages store opening and closing, evaluates sales and expense trends, and maintains inventory accuracy while controlling damages and shrinkage. They ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards, uphold cash handling and security procedures, and foster a safe, clean environment for staff and customers. Additionally, they support store financial integrity, facilitate effective communication, and ensure policy adherence. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations.Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with possible bilingual Spanish preference.Experience in recruiting, hiring, counseling, and legal compliance.Excellent organization, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Management experience in retail is advantageous.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.
