Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. They ensure proper store presentation, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold safety and security standards. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Communicate performance expectations and conduct evaluations; address performance gaps.Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and staffing levels.Analyze sales, profitability, and expense reports to identify business trends and opportunities.Order and manage inventory to meet stock targets; ensure merchandise presentation aligns with standards.Maintain accurate inventory, control damages, and enforce cash handling and security procedures.Lead customer service initiatives, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.Ensure compliance with policies, complete documentation, and support team development. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety policies.Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and utilize POS systems.Bilingual skills may be preferred at certain locations. Physical & Work Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and some outdoor exposure. The environment is fast-paced with moderate noise, requiring reliable transportation for store-related tasks.
