Store Manager - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain employees
• Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures
• Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends
• Manage inventory levels and ordering
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and store cleanliness
• Enforce safety and security policies
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Complete all required documentation

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising
• Ability to interpret operational manuals and perform mathematical calculations
• Prior retail management experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous
