Store Manager - Full-Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Ensure store compliance with policies, maintain safety standards, and optimize sales and profitability. Lead recruitment, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate staff development. Oversee inventory management, merchandise presentation, and financial integrity. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment, adhering to company procedures. Communicate effectively with staff, foster teamwork, and support store goals. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling, and control shrinkage. Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret manuals, perform mathematical calculations, and utilize cash registers
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Management experience in retail
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous in some locations

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds
• Occasional climbing and outdoor exposure
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels
• Regular use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts
