Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing all store employees and overseeing store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and compliance with labor laws.Lead performance management, conduct evaluations, and address employee development or disciplinary actions.Manage inventory, ordering, stocking, presentation, and merchandise merchandising according to company standards.Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, control expenses, and maximize profitability.Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring a secure environment for staff and customers.Handle cash management, cashier accountability, and adhere to security policies.Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.Ensure store tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and available. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising practices.Ability to perform mathematical calculations and interpret operational documents.Experience in recruiting, hiring, counseling, and ensuring legal compliance.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.Preferred high school diploma or equivalent and management experience in retail.
