Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures effective implementation of processes such as ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and security while adhering to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees; conduct performance reviews and recommend pay increases or promotions.Provide training and address performance or conduct issues.Manage staffing levels, open and close the store, and oversee daily operations.Analyze sales, inventory, and financial data to identify business trends and control expenses.Ensure proper merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment.Safeguard cash handling, key control, and store security practices.Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.Complete necessary documentation and ensure compliance with policies. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 55 pounds).Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.Fast-paced environment with exposure to outside weather conditions at times.
