Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store employees and overseeing all store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain staff, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.Lead store opening and closing, manage inventory levels, and analyze sales and expense data to identify trends and opportunities.Ensure merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, and inventory control meet company standards.Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security, enforcing company policies and procedures.Provide exceptional customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.Manage cash handling, cashier accountability, and financial integrity of the store.Complete all required documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.Ability to interpret manuals, perform basic math, and operate cash registers.Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; management experience in retail is advantageous.Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
