About the role

You will manage store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and sales to meet or exceed targets
• Maintain accurate financial and inventory records
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Facilitate merchandise presentation
• Control damages and shrinkage

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Management experience preferred
