Store Manager - Full-Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure effective store performance and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified staff
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures
• Analyze sales and expenses
• Manage inventory levels and merchandising presentation
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and security
• Handle cash and financial procedures
• Uphold company policies and documentation standards

Requirements

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) speakers may be preferred in some locations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Management experience preferred

Physical & Work Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds
