Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.Lead store opening and closing procedures, maintaining safety and security standards.Analyze operating statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and reduce shrinkage.Manage inventory levels through ordering, stock presentation, and cycle counts.Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards, including signage and pricing.Uphold cash handling, cashier accountability, and security policies.Deliver superior customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.Follow company policies, complete documentation accurately, and support team development. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, perform mathematical calculations, and operate cash registers.Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety procedures.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience in retail management and compliance with legal hiring practices preferred.Ability to problem-solve and adapt to various situations.Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Occasional use of ladders and driving required. Fast-paced environment with moderate noise and exposure to weather conditions.
