Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient daily functioning and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees, ensuring proper staffing and performance management.
• Oversee store opening and closing, safety, security, and compliance with policies.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure cash handling integrity, security, and adherence to financial procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
• Follow company policies, complete documentation, and support team development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret operational documents, perform math calculations, and manage cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety practices.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
• Preferred: Management experience in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 55 pounds).
• Ability to operate equipment, climb ladders, and drive for store‑related tasks.
• Fast‑paced environment with moderate noise; occasional exposure to outside weather.
